Kish Bank is hiring a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for our Kish Creek Financial Center. This full-time, on-site client service role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with a background in wealth management, financial planning, banking, or insurance client support.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you are the primary point of contact for assigned clients.Ā You'll independently manage client meetings, scheduling, documentation, service requests, and routine paperwork ā while partnering closely with a Financial Advisor who handles planning, advice, and complex needs. You'll also own Kish Bank referral relationships from first contact through qualification, onboarding, and ongoing service.

What You'll Do
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary relationship contact for assigned clients, conducting periodic reviews covering goals, life changes, and service needs
- Manage relationships within established authority while preserving each client's connection to their Financial Advisor
- Coordinate with the associated Financial Advisor to define and reassess service boundaries, escalation criteria, and triggers for greater advisor involvement
- Escalate complex planning, compliance, and opportunity matters ā and coordinate orderly, documented handoffs when client needs exceed the CRM service model
- Communicate responsibilities, timing, and next steps clearly to clients and internal teams
Meeting & Planning Support
- Manage client scheduling end to end: invitations, confirmations, rescheduling, and meeting preparation
- Record complete meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks in our CRM system with timely post-meeting summaries
- Own routine service requests from receipt through completion, coordinating with clients, custodians, carriers, and internal partners
- Prepare, submit, and track routine service paperwork, signatures, and outstanding requirements while maintaining compliant records
Marketing & Business Development
- Serve as the primary contact for Kish Bank referrals with timely, professional follow-up
- Manage referrals through qualification, relationship assignment, onboarding, and ongoing service ā coordinating handoffs with bank partners, advisors, and specialists
- Track referral sources, prospect activity, relationship status, and outcomes
- Review your assigned book of business to identify service, retention, growth, and segmentation opportunities
New Business & Onboarding Coordination
- Manage onboarding from initiation through new business placement
- Gather required statements and supporting materials
- Track applications, outstanding requirements, and pending signatures
- Deliver and review digital Welcome Packets with new clients
Professional Standards & Teamwork
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards
- Participate actively in team meetings and continuous-improvement initiatives
- Communicate and coordinate consistently with internal partners
How Success Is Measured
- Client inquiries and Kish Bank referrals acknowledged within one business day
- Client meetings completed on the servicing schedule
- Meeting notes, tasks, and follow-ups entered in the CRM within one business day
- Service requests and paperwork completed accurately and in good order
- Referrals tracked from receipt through outcome with timely partner communication
- Regular coordination with the Financial Advisor on client status and transitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related field preferred ā relevant financial-services experience may substitute for a degree
- Experience in wealth management, financial planning, banking, insurance, or financial-services client support preferred
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and products
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Sharp organization, time management, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft 365, digital document and e-signature tools, and workflow-management technology
- A genuine desire to learn, grow, and deliver outstanding client service
Licensing
- Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 7, 63, and 65) plus applicable life insurance licensing preferred
- If not already licensed, you must obtain licenses within one year of hire. Kish supports this effort with training.
