Description
The Shift Manager (Line Coach) is responsible for coaching and leading the day-to-day operational and financial excellence of Zalat by being a coach and a leader to their peers and demonstrating decision-making that supports operational excellence and the embodiment of Customer 4 Life Service.Ā
A great line coach will:
- Manage the cook line to drive the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Learn and complete operational support functions (i.e. purchasing, receiving, accounting processes, inventory) to ensure operational excellence and high financial performance
- Coach and lead shift opening and closing procedures to maintain our facilities and equipment to the highest standards
- Responsible for doing daily tasks like Jolt list, PECs, and any other daily tasks assigned to managementĀ
Requirements
- Supervising a team with at least 1 year of experience
- Hold a valid Food Manager Safety Certification, or willing to obtain upon hireĀ
- Exhibiting strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Managing and adhering to schedules
- Successful completion of a mandatory background checkĀ
