聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Electrical Controls Specialist! Be part of an innovative environment where you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.


What will you do:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Controls/Technical support for various shift production including fabrication, metal finishing, and assembly, through troubleshooting and determining root causes for downtime events.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Production barrier identification and elimination for various levels of automation including stamping presses, welders, conveyors, automated assembly, and robotics.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Update, modify, and continuously improve existing controls systems including robotics, ladder logic programs, relay logic, electrical distribution, motor controls, operator interface, pneumatic/hydraulic distribution.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate with production and maintenance on existing machine control modifications or installations.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create, maintain and keep current all documentation: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics; panel layouts; PLC, operator display, operator interface, and robot programs.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Implement and maintain data collection system for shop floor production equipment.


What will make you successful:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum 2 Year College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field 2-5 years of experience in the Electrical field

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Open to working 2nd shift and weekends

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Systems

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong PLC programming skills

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Electrical/Mechanical CAD Experience

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Motion Control Experience

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Robot programming Experience

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Machine Vision Experience

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to prepare, read and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures and guidelines

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
