Job Details: Level: Experienced, Job Location: Bank of Lexington Malabu - Lexington, KY, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Banking, This is not a remote position.The position is an hourly position with working times Monday- Friday 8-5Qualifications: Must haves: Hard-working mentality Excellent customer service Willingness to learn Proficient computer skills Interpersonal communication skills Teamwork orientedEssential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: We currently use Laser Pro, Encompass and Jack Henry, knowledge of these systems would be ideal. Reinforces the application of superior customer service through his or her own example along with appropriate follow through with involved customers and employees. Performs routine operational duties related to residential, construction and commercial mortgage loans in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and related laws, rules, and regulations. Works with mortgage and title companies, appraisers, real estate agents and other real estate industry professionals as directed. Assists mortgage loan officers in the loan application process as directed; follows up on obtaining necessary information and documentation from applicants; coordinates the ordering of credit reports, flood zone determinations and UCC filings; and performs title searches, etc. Originates loan documentation and onboards loans; conducts loan funding and processes payments or advances as directed; distributes daily and monthly reports. Assures compliance with all bank policies and procedures as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
