Mailroom Letter Inserter

Location: Lexington Ky

Pay: $16.00 per hour training (piece rate in production)– which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Schedule M-F 2:00 pm until daily tasks are completed (Occasional Saturdays/OT possible)

Job Details:

Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type
Deliver and collect all mail and place into correct locations
Stuff Envelopes for mailing and delivering
Responsible for maintaining storage of documents in the company warehouse 
Responsible for assisting with pulling documents from specific boxes
Receive, sort and process mail, packages and supplies as they arrive
Scanning and operating scanning machine to rescan mail, making it legible for review
May require sitting and/or standing for lengthy periods of time
Strong attention to detail

Requirements:

Must be able to clear a criminal background check
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Must have valid driver’s license
Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Some experience working in mail center
Knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Required to lift up to 30lbs regularly.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
