We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Rental Sales Representative to join our growing team in Louisville, KY. Key Responsibilities: 

As an Outside Rental Sales Representative, you will:

• Develop new rental business while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
• Sell light equipment and attachments within your assigned territory
• Utilize strong communication and listening skills to understand and meet customer needs
• Manage quotes, contracts, and customer interactions using CRM tools
• Collaborate across departments to meet and exceed growth targets

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of outside sales or territory sales experience preferred
• College degree preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM platforms
• Ability to work outdoors and visit customer job sites
• Self-driven, highly organized, and goal-oriented
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits: 

• Base salary plus commission – estimated range: $45K to $110K annually
• Company vehicle, fuel card, phone, and tablet provided
