As the Trainer - Sales, you will be responsible for helping to drive transformation of sales and sales operations team through development and deployment of sales training, sales productivity tools, on-going measurement and communication of a variety of sales and sales enablement technology initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver sales, sales tool and business process training, via web, video, e-learning or in-person, by exhibiting an engaging, high energy, high impact facilitation style and strategy.Â
- Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting for internal customers, continuing to teach tips and tricks for efficiency and using feedback for future process improvement opportunities.
- Develops and documents sales operations tools and processes in the form of instruction manuals, job aids, presentations, or webinars.
- Monitor the assigned sales organization’s usage and minimum required standards for maintaining CRM and other sales related software and technology, perform high level analysis.
- Partners with the sales operations and IT teams as needed on new application changes, development or testing, and partners with the sales and marketing teams to identify areas of joint effort and collaboration.
- Identifies opportunities for sales process improvement and works closely with sales management to carry out process efficiency improvements using Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Qualifications: Â
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years required, 4 years preferred sales, sales operations or training role.Â
- 2 years required, 4 years preferred developing training material, sales communications, or employee development programs from scratch, formally or informallyÂ
- 2 years required, 4 years preferred PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, web conferencing tools
- 2 years preferred working with e-learning software and learning management systems, including Articulate, Camtasia, Oracle LMS
- 2 years preferred working with CRM applications
- Superior verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- High-energy, high-impact facilitation styleÂ
- Ability to build strong relationships, ask good questions, knows how to have natural, strategic conversations to uncover needsÂ
- Can handle multiple priorities and manage a variety of resourcesÂ
- Possess an attention to detailÂ
- LEAN or six sigma knowledgeÂ
