Mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers' needs and expectations. May be stationed in concession stands, portable units or others areas as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Take beverage orders from customers.
Clean utensils and bar equipment.
Work with Porters to restock and replenish bar inventory.
Proven experience as a bartender required.
Ability to use a point-of-sale register and Micros system.
Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
Ability to keep the bar clean and organized.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
A Kentucky Horse Racing Commission license is required for all track workers.
