Position Summary: 

As a Dining Room Server Assistant at Keeneland Hospitality, you play a key support role in delivering a high-quality dining experience to guests during Keeneland’s live race meets and special events. You work closely with servers and dining room staff to maintain clean, well-stocked, and guest-ready tables while ensuring service flows smoothly and efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guest tables quickly and accurately. 
  • Clear used dishes, glassware, and utensils, maintain cleanliness and organization of tables throughout service. 
  • Refill water glasses and respond to guest needs when appropriate. 
  • Keep service stations stocked, organized, and clean throughout your shift. 
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house to help maintain consistent service. 
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation procedures. 
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent Keeneland’s standards of excellence at all times. 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • Be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions. 
  • Be comfortable working on your feet for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs. 
  • Have strong communication skills and work well as part of a team..
  • Be at least 16 years old. 

Licensing Requirements:
