Home Health and Hospice Registered Nurse

Overview

We’re seeking a Full-Time RN to care for a mixed caseload of home health and home hospice patients. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys building patient relationships and working independently in the field.

Requirements:

• Candidates must meet one of the following:
  • New graduate RN with less than one year of total nursing experience
  • Experienced RN with home health or home hospice experience
• Active Illinois RN license in good standing
• Comfortable driving between patient homes throughout the day; this is not shift work
• Authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work visas are not available for this position
