The International Potato Center (CIP)is seeking an energetic and outgoing People & Culture intern to perform asan active member of the HR Business Partner Team. As a P&C intern, she/hewill be exposed to various aspects of the employee experience from TalentAcquisition (recruiting) to Talent Development.

Keyresponsibilities:

  • Support theTalent Acquisition process in coordination with the Business Partners team.
  • Draft andpublish job postings for national and international positions across socialnetworks and job boards.
  • Assist in therecruitment process for national consultancy positions.
  • Maintain andupdate databases, as well as prepare KPI reports.
  • Prepareinduction and training presentations for internal clients in collaboration withHR Business Partners.
  • Providelogistical support for organizational welfare and engagement events.
  • Consolidate andorganize data related to HR stakeholders.



Requirements

  • Studentof Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related area of study, with focus onHuman Resources and Organizational Development. High grade average is required.
  • Priorinternship experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Proficiencyin the use of Microsoft Office programs to prepare reports, spreadsheets, andpresentations.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • Demonstratedanalytical skills with a focus on details.
  • Flexibleinterpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Availableto work at least 30 hours per week.
