We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, honest, self-motivated, and mechanically minded individual to join our staff as a Seasonal Grounds Technician! The successful candidate will have strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, and a positive, upbeat, and teachable attitude.

Specific job duties include:

Keeps the exterior areas of apartment buildings neat by completing landscaping projects and disposing of trash
Maintains the interior common areas by disposing of trash, sweeping/vacuuming as needed
Assists the maintenance team with basic interior work, such as changing light bulbs and furnace filters
Calls for any major maintenance work needed

This is a temporary seasonal position and will commence on or before September 30th, 2026.

You must be available anytime from 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
