We partner with people with disabilities to provide support services, develop inclusive housing, and create spaces where people feel genuinely connected—not just accommodated.  The Stakeholder Relations Specialist provides administrative and customer service support, process and technical guidance, and workflow facilitation for participants and their teams within Fello's Self-Directed Services division.   This role serves as the initial point of contact for stakeholder calls, emails, and tickets, working to resolve customer service and technology-related inquiries in accordance with FMCS contract requirements. The Stakeholder Relations Specialist collaborates across the team to promote efficient and effective resolution strategies across all Self-Directed Services processes and provides recurring front desk support at the Linthicum office. QualificationsThe ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service, with the ability to interact professionally across diverse stakeholders. They possess excellent oral and written communication skills, work well independently, and adapt quickly to new technology to meet contract, reporting, and processing deadlines. They remain flexible and effective under pressure, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related databases.  This position requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience interacting with customers in a service-focused and informational environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
