 Right now, we are lookingfor Change Management Consultant to join our internal team.

Strategy & Methodology

• Apply Change Management methodologies to drive successful DigitalWorkplace transformation and the adoption of digital solutions;
  
• Conduct impact assessments, identify potential risks and defineeffective mitigation strategies;
  
• Identify and engage key stakeholders across different business areas,working collaboratively to define the change vision and strategy;
  
• Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools and methodologies acrossDigital Workplace and Change Management, contributing to the continuousevolution of the organisation’s service offering.
  

Project Delivery & Management

• Plan and deliver Change Management initiatives, ensuring effectivemanagement of scope, timelines and resources;
  
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, product demonstrations and workshopsthat communicate the value of solutions to end users and drive engagement andadoption;
  
• Ensure effective and consistent communication across all stakeholdersinvolved in each project, developing content aligned with Change Managementbest practices;
  
• Monitor and analyse project metrics and KPIs, providing relevantinsights and delivering clear project reports.
  

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing a strong understandingof their business needs, challenges and technology landscape;
  
• Build long-term client relationships by delivering high-quality servicesand support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention;
  
• Manage relationships with clients and technology partners throughout theproject lifecycle, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
  

You must have:

• Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Management, Project Management, Communications, InformationTechnology, or a related field;
  
• Previous experience inProject Management and/or Change Management;
  
• Proven experience workingdirectly with clients and external stakeholders;
  
• Excellent communication andpresentation skills;
  
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills;
  
• Proactive and creativemindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives;
  
• Strong collaboration andteamwork skills;
  
• Excellent planning andorganisational skills;
  
• Advanced level of English.
  

• Certification in ChangeManagement (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and/or Agile/SCRUM methodologies;
  
• Previous experience workingon digital transformation projects;
  
• Advanced knowledge of CloudOffice solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace);
  
• Knowledge of ArtificialIntelligence and related solutions (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT);
  
• Proven experience designingand delivering workshops.
