Right now, we are looking for a ProjectManager for a client on our Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Plan, prepare, and implement all portfolio managementactivities for the initiatives under responsibility, while supporting otherstrategic projects.
  
• Manage andcoordinate projects in collaboration with the unit manager, leadership teams,and other stakeholders.
  
• Define,monitor, and report project objectives, budgets, timelines, and executionstatus, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
  
• Monitorprojects through financial analysis, KPI tracking, and SLA compliance.
  
• Identifyrisks related to schedule, budget, and scope, and propose appropriatemitigation actions.
  
• Coordinaterelationships with external partners involved in projects, ensuring alignment,governance, and effective execution.
  
• Collaborateclosely with business and technology teams, bridging business needs andtechnology solutions.
  
• Supportbusiness development activities, initiative qualification, and procurementprocesses related to assigned projects.
  
• Leadprojects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, following establishedproject management frameworks and best practices.
  
• Develop knowledge of business processes and technologyopportunities within supported functional areas, contributing to the digitaltransformation roadmap.
  

You must have:

• Experience managing portfolios, programs, or projectsinvolving technology and digital transformation initiatives.
  
• Experiencecoordinating projects across multiple business and technology stakeholders.
  
• Experiencemanaging project objectives, budgets, timelines, and execution tracking.
  
• Ability tomonitor project performance using KPIs, SLA metrics, and financial indicators.
  
• Experienceidentifying and managing project risks, including schedule, budget, and scoperisks.
  
• Experiencecoordinating external partners and suppliers.
  
• Strongstakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Knowledgeof project management methodologies and project lifecycle management.
  
• Ability toalign business requirements with technology solutions.
  
• Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills.
