Technicians work collaboratively with other maintenance personnel and operational teams to perform high-quality maintenance on customer and transient aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and approved technical data. Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay starting at $30 per hour for certified A&P mechanics, based on experience and skill level Weekly bonus opportunities available Positive working environment with a collaborative maintenance culture Opportunity to work across a variety of GA aircraft and maintenance tasks Stable, professional operation with consistent maintenance demand Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and perform maintenance on customer and transient aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and approved technical data Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including pre-flight and post-flight inspections Ensure all work during assigned shifts is completed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and company procedures Troubleshoot airframe, powerplant, avionics, electrical, hydraulic, and aircraft systems Accurately complete required maintenance records and documentation Maintain situational awareness and assist with job planning and workload prioritization Work collaboratively with other technicians to support daily maintenance operations QualificationsQualifications/Skills Current, violation-free Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate Possession of a personal set of tools appropriate to the aircraft maintained Strong avionics and electrical knowledge, including the ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams Proven troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, avionics, and aircraft systems Ability to read and understand manufacturer maintenance documentation Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work throughout the hangar environment Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
