Caring for our patients is a team effort, and establishing rapport and a cooperative relationship with doctors and team members is a also must!Qualifications: Required Education: Possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree Must maintain current Arkansas license to practice as an RN Hold a Masters degree in Nurse Anesthesia Maintain a CRNA certification with the NBCRNA Must maintain current CPR CertificationExperience/Skills/Other RequirementsRequired: Minimum of 2 years experience as a CRNA Maintain a professional manner in stressful situations Strong verbal communication skills in order to converse clearly and professionally with patients and staffDesired: At least one year of experience in an eye care clinic At least one year of experience with electronic health records
