Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex mechanical/electrical assemblies with high accuracy
  • Read and interpret detailed blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Verify parts and assemblies meet required tolerances and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and rework components when necessary
  • Train and mentor Assembler I team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with production procedures
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency with intermediate assembly techniques
  • Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Competence with measuring tools, torque tools, and specialized equipment
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Solid understanding of quality control principles
