Summary

The Interim Curriculum & Quality Manager will provide strategic leadership for curriculum development, quality assurance, safeguarding, and performance improvement across Haringey Learns. The postholder will lead the design and delivery of a high-quality, inclusive adult learning provision that responds to local community needs, labor market demands, and funding requirements.

Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of an innovative and inclusive curriculum offer.
Ensure curriculum provision aligns with local skills priorities, community needs, employer demand, and funding requirements.
Develop programs that improve learner participation, progression, employability, and achievement.
Regularly review curriculum performance and implement improvements to maximize learner outcomes.
Ensure curriculum planning supports equality, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.

Significant experience in curriculum leadership within Adult Education, Further Education, Community Learning, or Skills sectors.
Proven experience in leading quality assurance and quality improvement programs.

Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, Diploma in Education and Training, or equivalent).
Relevant management or leadership qualification, or substantial leadership experience.
Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) training or willingness to obtain.

Working hours: 36 hours per week.
DBS Required.
Location: 187-197A High Road, London, Greater London, N22 6XD, United Kingdom.
Candidates must be ready to start immediately, with no more than 4 weeks' notice.
We operate on a bi-weekly schedule.
