Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Flex Operator for our 2nd shift team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient production flow, ensuring product quality, and supporting safe manufacturing operations.

$1,250 Sign-On Bonus Available

The Flex Operator will operate production equipment, monitor manufacturing processes, and assist across multiple areas of the production floor as needed. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment during 2nd shift production 
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards 
• Assist with troubleshooting minor equipment issues to reduce downtime 
• Maintain accurate production and quality records 
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors 
• Follow all safety procedures and actively support a safe work environment 
• Support other operators and departments as needed to maintain workflow 

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Ability to work consistent 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Thu, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM) 
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation 
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment 

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience 
• Experience with flexographic printing or similar equipment 
• Knowledge of quality control processes and documentation 
• Basic troubleshooting or mechanical repair experience 
• Safety training or manufacturing-related certifications 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
