Service Porter / Detailer

The Service Porter transports our customers to and from our dealership in a safe and courteous manner. As a Service Porter, you will play a critical role in our company by providing excellent service to our customers. We are seeking a friendly, reliable professional that believes in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers and picks up customers to their choice of destinations
• Assures that the vehicles used to shuttle customers are clean at all times
• Keep service drive clear of vehicles and clean at all times.
• Take vehicles to assigned technician delivering keys and paperwork
• Clean and maintain interior and exterior of the service department
• Detail both inside and outside of vehicles as assigned by the service/detail manager 
• Complete and confirm that all steps on the detail check list have been completed 
• Complete and confirm completion of all additional services that may be requested for the particular vehicle 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
• Professional personal appearance
