Responsibilities

Provide treatment under the PT’s plan of care for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
Lead therapeutic exercises that improve strength, mobility, and function.
Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the treating PT and other providers.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Build positive patient relationships and support a welcoming treatment environment.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Colorado PTA license
Outpatient orthopedic experience
At least 2,000 hours of PTA clinical experience
Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient-care skills
