• Tuesdays & Wednesdays
• 5:15 PM – 7:15 PM
• Coach two games each evening

REP Baseball is seeking two enthusiastic and dependable Baseball Coaches to lead teams of 4th graders and 6th/7th graders throughout our summer baseball league. This is a great opportunity for coaches who are passionate about developing young athletes in a fun, competitive, and positive environment.

Coaches will be responsible for leading their teams during games, teaching baseball fundamentals, encouraging sportsmanship, and helping players build confidence while fostering a love for the game.

• Coach two games each Tuesday and Wednesday evening throughout the summer season.
• Teach and reinforce baseball fundamentals, including hitting, throwing, fielding, baserunning, and game strategy.
• Provide instruction and encouragement to players of varying skill levels.
• Create a positive, energetic, and supportive environment that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and player development.
• Manage game lineups, substitutions, and in-game coaching decisions.
• Communicate professionally with league staff, parents, and players.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for all participants.

• Previous baseball coaching or competitive playing experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth athletes is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and mentor young players.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed throughout the summer season.

• Make a positive impact on young athletes in a fun and competitive environment.
• Help players build skills, confidence, and a lifelong love for baseball.
