Import & Specialty Logistics Coordinator

Job Details: Job Location: Century Trucking Plant 11 - Hickory, NC 28601, Position Type: Full Time, Job Shift: Day, Essential Duties  Manages International Inbound and Outbound shipments (excluding Canada)  Handles other container related duties that are classified as freight/transportation.  Works with vendors to schedule container deliveries, checks Advanced Ship Notice (ASN) for accuracy  Codes Freight Bills and sends to Accounting Department  Manages the tracking and communication of White Glove Delivery and Expedited orders  Assist with rate negotiations and communications  Does Inventory Counts and other duties as assignedQualifications: Position Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred Competency in MS Excel, WORD, web browser, and e-mail SAP knowledge and experience is a definite plus Physical Requirements:The physical demands and work environment expectations described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
