Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Department Planner

Department Planner (Longmont, CO - Onsite)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

• As a part of the SSD Technical Program Manager(TPM) team of the SSD engineering group you will enable and support theSSD product development teams to deliver programs on schedule and tospecification with high quality.

• As a planner in the Technical ProgramManager team, you will work closely with the Technical Program Managerresponsible for delivery of non-SSD HW.

• Non-SSD HW includes internally designed HW tosupport test bed infrastructure.

• In this position you must collaborateeffectively with the global TPMs and the Product Development Teams receivingthe HW.

• This position will focus on the logistical sideof the HW ordering and delivery.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Create Purchase Orders (POs) for non-SSD HW andtrack through to delivery to external partners.

• Manage shipments to the worldwide SSD teams.

• Assist in material inventory assessment.

• Collaborate with external kitting and assemblyhouses as needed.

• Track drive build plan usage post-delivery intodevelopment teams.

• Assist in non-SSD HW budget adherence andreporting.

• Support TPM team on assigned logistical tasks,as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years or equivalent experiencein electronics or semiconductor industry

• Knowledge of electronic assembly processis a plus

• Strong collaboration skills

• Demonstrated successful workwith internal and external teams

• Strong verbal, written and collaborationcommunications skills

• Demonstrated quick learning in newsituations with high level of self-motivation, passion anddedication

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

• Knowledge of Ariba is a plus
