Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Longview, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time | 30+ hours per week

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

• Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Closed Sundays and major holidays

HealthCARE Express in Longview, TX is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic individual to join our front desk team as a Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.)!

You don't have to be a medical professional to make a difference in someone's healthcare experience. Sometimes, it starts with a friendly smile, a helpful attitude, and someone who genuinely cares.

As a D.O.F.I., you'll be the first person our patients meet and play an important role in making sure every visit starts on the right note.

What You'll Do

You'll help keep our clinic running smoothly while providing excellent customer service. Your daily responsibilities will include welcoming and checking in patients, answering phone calls, verifying patient information and insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient records.

You'll work closely with our providers and clinical staff to make sure patients receive the attention and assistance they need throughout their visit.

Our clinics are fast-paced, and no two days are exactly alike! We're looking for someone who can multitask, stay organized, and jump in wherever needed. At HealthCARE Express, we believe "Everything is My Job," and teamwork is a big part of what makes our clinics successful.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great customer service, and can keep a positive attitude even on busy days.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable using computers, and able to communicate professionally with patients and teammates. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask are important in this role.

Previous medical office experience is a plus, but not required! If you have a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another people-focused position, we'd love to hear from you.

Training & Onboarding

New hires may be required to attend a 4–5 day training session in Texarkana, TX, as part of the onboarding process.
