- Full-time hours, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support for elementary students with exceptional needs
- Implement IEP goals and collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
- Deliver individualized interventions and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with Delaware regulations
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Delaware Teaching Certification in Special Education (required)
- Experience in elementary school settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt instruction across grade levels
