Job DetailsJob Location: Pajarito Mountain - LOS ALAMOS, NM 87544Position Type: SeasonalJob Shift: Day Custodian– Winter 2026/2027 Location: Pajarito Mountain | Department: Rentals Type: Seasonal | Start Date: December | End Date: April 2027 General Purpose: Service and maintain all on mountain restroom and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and neatness.  Maintain clean, safe and functional public restroom facilities. Assist in snow removal when needed and trash removal, cleanliness of dining areas in restaurants.  Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the attraction, this includes daily upkeep of all public and team member areas Empties, cleans, and lines waste receptacles and disposes of trash Washes doors, windows and walls Safely cleans and mops spills Cleans and disinfects restrooms including floors, walls, fixtures, and mirrors Restocks restroom supplies as necessary Reports on the need for maintenance and repair Observes safe working practices, including maintaining storage areas in a safe condition Corrects or reports any safety or fire hazards Safely operates a variety of custodian tools, equipment, and supplies Performs other duties as required or assigned QualificationsJob Qualifications: Professional communication skills.  Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.  Ability to solve problems and take direction.  Ability to work in a team environment.  Possess internal drive and motivation.  Ability to work calmly under pressure and create a fun, professional work environment.  Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. without assistance.
