You’ll work alongside a friendly team of therapists across disciplines who share a commitment to quality care, evidence-based practice, and meaningful outcomes. What Makes This Opportunity Appealing  Scheduling flexibility: Options include Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Sunday–Thursday, with 4-, 6-, or 8-hour days.  A therapist-run organization: Work for a company that understands rehabilitation and supports your professional growth.  Support for new graduates: Mentorship is available as you learn your role and develop as a clinician.  Continuing education: Access free CEU opportunities through CEU360.  Tools to support your care: Use NetHealth for point-of-service documentation with a laptop or iPad.  Benefits: A suite of benefits including health care choices with electable tax savings HSA/FSA accounts, 401(k) with company matching, paid time off, Employee Assistance Program, $50K company paid life insurance and more!   Your Role As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you'll work closely with an Occupational Therapist and the interdisciplinary care team to help residents achieve greater independence, confidence, and quality of life.  Your responsibilities will include:  Providing individualized occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.  Supporting adults with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.  Helping residents improve their ability to perform daily activities, maintain functional independence, and reach their rehabilitation goals.  Implementing established treatment plans and communicating patient progress, needs, and concerns to the supervising Occupational Therapist.  Completing timely, accurate documentation and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, quality care.  Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members through compassionate, patient-centered care.  Qualifications: What You’ll Bring  Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.  Current California Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.  A commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care and collaboration with the rehabilitation team.  One year of COTA experience is preferred.
