Fortell is a mission-driven hearing health startupredefining what’s possible in hearing care through advanced AI technology andproprietary hardware. Their focus is on dramatically improving hearingperformance in complex, real-world listening environments—delivering a premium,personalized patient experience.

As Fortell expands beyond Manhattan, they are seeking aClinic Director & Audiologist to lead the launch of their Beverly Hills clinic.This is a rare opportunity for a senior Audiologist to help open a new locationfrom the ground up while continuing to practice full-time clinically.

Position Overview

In this role, you will serve asboth Clinic Director and practicing Audiologist, playing a central rolein launching and leading Fortell’s Los Angeles market. You will help oversee clinicbuild-out, establish operational workflows, hire and develop the local team,and deliver exceptional patient care.

This position is designed for a highly experiencedAudiologist who combines strong clinical expertise with leadership, ownershipmindset, and excitement for innovation. The ideal candidate is comfortablewearing multiple hats during the early stages of growth and is motivated bybuilding something exceptional from the start.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Provide comprehensive adult diagnosticaudiological evaluations
  
• Guide patients through personalized,consultative hearing care experiences using Fortell’s AI-powered hearingsolutions
  
• Fit, program, verify, and fine-tune hearing aidsusing best-practice protocols
  
• Perform real-ear measurements (REM) and test boxverification
  
• Deliver follow-up care, troubleshooting, andongoing patient support
  
• Maintain high clinical standards and exceptionalpatient outcomes
  

Clinic Leadership &Market Launch

• Support clinic launch activities, includingspace build-out and operational readiness
  
• Hire, onboard, and mentor clinical and supportstaff as the local team grows
  
• Establish clinic workflows, schedulingstandards, and patient experience protocols
  
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations once open
  
• Serve as the clinical leader and culture carrierfor the Beverly Hills location
  

Collaboration &Growth

• Partner closely with Fortell’s leadership,operations, and product teams
  
• Share clinical insights and market feedback toinform continuous improvement
  
• Uphold and evolve Fortell’s boutique, high-touchcare model as the clinic scales
  

Requirements

• Active Audiology license (California or ability toobtain prior to start)
  
• 5+ years of experience fitting and dispensinghearing aids for adult patients
  
• Prior leadership, mentorship, or clinicmanagement experience strongly preferred
  
• Comfort balancing clinical excellence withoperational and business goals
  
• Strong consultative communication and patienteducation skills
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest inbuilding and scaling a clinic
  
• Willingness and ability to travel to NYC foronboarding and training
  

Benefits

• Base salary: approximately $100,000–$150,000,commensurate with experience
  
• Total compensation potential: $130,000–$300,000+,including performance-based incentives
