Duties and Responsibilities

Serves as a model example of work ethic, safety, and professionalism to coworkers.
Able to supervise and support a large team of drivers while reinforcing a positive culture
Check with drivers to ensure lunch compliance is being applicable
Develop a team of dispatch professionals who are able to prepare and support installation needs
Able to troubleshoot and communicate to event coordinators and internal clients effectively in a fast pace environment
Samsara and DOT compliance analyst
Able to resolve occasional service breakdowns or staff shortages to ensure client’s needs are met
Oversees and evaluates all activities of the day as it progresses to proactively assess on-time arrival
Work with Dispatch immediately upon becoming aware of any delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations.
Provides a customer service approach to communication and interactions with sales people, clients, and coworkers, to ensure professional and quality representation of Town & Country Event Rentals.
Follow safety procedures to prevent injuries while performing heavy lifting and operating equipment. This includes using required safety gear (PPE’s) and handling machines and moving parts with caution.
Ensures compliance with applicable OSHA, federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards while on duty, and if operating heavy equipment.
Advocates and develops a team that adheres to all Safety regulations, Safety First!
Overtime – will be required to be worked during the busy season and must be approved by your manager prior to being worked.
