Pawfect Shine is seeking a friendly and organized Entry-Level Communications Assistant to support communication with customers and team members at our Los Angeles location. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and working in a pet-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide friendly assistance
Provide customers with information about grooming services and appointments
Communicate appointment details, updates, and scheduling information
Answer routine customer questions in a clear and professional manner
Record customer requests and pet care instructions accurately
Prepare and organize approved customer information materials
Participate in team training and meetings
Help maintain a welcoming and organized customer area

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Good organization and attention to detail
Ability to communicate information clearly and accurately
Comfortable speaking with customers and working around dogs
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to learn
Must be available to work on-site in Los Angeles

Compensation & Benefits

$19–$26 per hour, depending on experience
