JOB SUMMARY:Â
We are seeking an experienced Jr. Art Director with an eye and passion for design to help generate consumer facing product content for multiple platforms and experiences.Â
Â
Salary: $60,000 - 70,000
This role is hybrid:Â 3 days in office, 2 days remote.Â

Â
RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
Work closely with our creative, account, strategy and production teams to concept and create bold, industry–leading consumer content programsÂ
Help to develop visual direction for content live action, still imagery & motion design via storyboards / mood boards / style frames (collaborates with Art Directors and the Creative Director)Â
Use channel strategy, insights, and business objectives to form groundbreaking ideas and design decisions that make a real impact on the target audience for each project.Â
Bring ideas and strategic thinking to creative execution to drive resultsÂ
Understanding the application of Brand systems for consistency and integrity of the creative vison(both online and offline)Â
Attend and contribute to photo and video shootsÂ
Participate in regular creative reviews and embrace constructive feedbackÂ
Manage clean working files for seamless collaboration between internal creative team and resources. Not limited to resizing and versioning. Â

QUALIFICATIONS:Â
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design or equivalent experienceÂ
1-3 years experience in a creative agency or creative team (an excellent portfolio will be considered as equivalent)Â
Eagerness to learn Â
Able to collaborate within a team structure consisting of fellow creatives, strategists, product specialists, account and project managementÂ
You have a passion for design, creativity and technology Â
Possess an excellent sensibility for photography, illustration, and typographyÂ
Understanding of Motion Graphics and/or working with CGI a huge plus but not requiredÂ
A deep attention to detail and a dedication to proper deliveryÂ
Quick to adapt through proactive problem solving, work with a sense of urgencyÂ
Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Figma.Experience with AI image creationis a plusÂ
Able to work collaboratively with an existing team as well as the skill to work independently on several different projects at onceÂ
Quick to adapt through proactive problem solving, work with a sense of urgencyÂ

A strong sense of humility (no ego) and a strong desire to learn new things and grow creativelyÂ

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
