Location/Center Details: As a therapist at Fountain View Subacute and Nursing Center, you will manage a diverse, high-performing caseload within a 99-bed SNF that boasts a 5-star Medicare rating for clinical quality measures. Your patient population will span both high-acuity sub-acute care and short-term rehab, with specific clinical tracks focused on pulmonary rehab, complex wound care, joint replacements, and stroke motor recovery. Responsibilities

Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You're a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work.

You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is to execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.

You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.

You're a teammate and are looking for collaboration with your peers, but you're also happy to make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
2. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

USD $36.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
