The Role
We are looking for an experiencedĀ global benefits professional to support our rapid growth.Ā This role requires subject matterĀ expertiseĀ as well asĀ market knowledge. Ideal candidate has experience operationalizing strategic initiatives, measuring performance metrics and defining program communications to increase understanding, drive employee engagement and improve program appreciation.Ā Ā

The individual in this role must be comfortable working with individuals in a variety of roles both within and outside of the company. Incumbent willĀ demonstrateĀ strong collaborative skills and ability to deliver white glove client service.Ā
Ā
ResponsibilitiesĀ
Work withĀ Benefits leadership and HR partnersĀ to apply the benefits philosophyĀ and strategy into actions whichĀ supportĀ theĀ businessĀ
Monitor performance metrics and standards, through internal and external resourcesĀ
Develop internal vendor scoreĀ cardĀ in consultation with procurement. Measure trends and report on performance on monthly basisĀ
Monitor annual and cyclical global benefits calendar and support local resources as needed forĀ timelyĀ completionĀ Ā
TrackĀ global benefitĀ spend/ budget:Ā ParticipateĀ inĀ budget planning,Ā andĀ forecasting. Prepare leadership-ready analysis on performance, cost trends,Ā utilization, risks, employee impact, vendor performance, and investment tradeoffs.Ā
SupportĀ deploymentĀ of multinational funding, governance, and plan design strategies across global marketsĀ
Support International Benefits and Compensation resources to execute global strategy and philosophyĀ
SupportĀ International Senior Benefits Manager forĀ renewals and enrollment strategy, including plan changes, stakeholder alignment, employee communications, leadership engagement, and post-enrollment analysis.Ā
Develop global communicationsĀ strategy themesĀ and templates for global messaging. Work with local resources forĀ appropriate deliveryĀ
Track effectiveness of communications through employee feedback, dataĀ accuracyĀ and measurable resultsĀ Ā
Work with international teamĀ and orĀ local resources to ensureĀ benefitsĀ programs, policies, documentation, vendor processes, and operating practices are compliant, well-controlled,Ā audit-ready.Ā Ā
Develop juniorĀ staffĀ the benefits team while building capability for future scale.Ā

QualificationsĀ
Bachelorās degree or MasterāsĀ DegreeĀ
8-10+Ā yearsā experience working with a multi-national organizationĀ or 10+Ā yearsā experience in global benefits design and deliveryĀ
Experience with the design,Ā administrationĀ and compliance of global benefitsĀ
Proven experience developing andĀ monitoringĀ global benefits programs, including benefits strategy, plan design, vendor management, renewals, employee communications, and wellbeing programs.Ā
Knowledge of statutory requirements, regulations, pay transparencyĀ disclosureĀ and complianceĀ requirementsĀ etc.Ā
Experience supporting benefits across multiple countries or regions, with the ability to balance global consistency with local market practices.Ā
Experience in sports, media, andĀ entertainment industry.Ā
Acquisition integration experienceĀ
Ability to move quickly, managing multiple priorities, working collaboratively in cross-functional workĀ
Strong organizational, analytical, financial, and project management skills. Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and analyze trendsĀ Ā
Experience evaluatingĀ benefitsĀ funding models, including fully insured and self-insured approaches.Ā
Experience coachingĀ andĀ influencingĀ teams, including settingĀ prioritiesĀ and supporting team development.Ā
Practical fluency with AI, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies, with sound judgment around confidential employee data, privacy, compliance, and human oversight.Ā
Experience withĀ Workday,Ā benefitsĀ administration platforms, vendor/broker platforms, or related HR technology is a plus.

Location
This role is hybrid, based in our Los Angeles or New York City office.
Ā
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $161,000 - $190,000. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
