The Ideal Candidate Is an energetic leader who can confidently coach, organize, and communicate across a wide range of programs Equally comfortable leading on the field or court and managing logistics behind the scenes This person values teamwork, maintains strong relationships with staff and volunteers, and demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism A heart for mentorship and the ability to lead group devotionals Willing to work a flexible schedule that involves evenings and weekend hours on a regular basis Is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding program standards while fostering a fun, safe, and encouraging environment  Position Details Non-exempt, full-time role Flexible schedule required (weekdays, evenings, weekends, etc.) Qualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide coaches, volunteers, and participants Experience working in an office or church ministry environment is a plus. Strong computer and organizational skills including managing schedules, rosters, stats, and standings Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
