We are currently seeking a Senior Superintendent to join our team. This is a key leadership role for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of construction field operations, a track record of delivering complex projects, and a passion for mentoring and elevating teams.


What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Oversight:

  • Oversee all field operations on complex construction projects, managing multiple Superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with ownership, consultants, and external partners.

Project Management & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to lead schedule development, sequencing, and execution.
  • Supervise site mobilization, logistics, safety measures, and installation sequencing.
  • Lead quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) efforts for all installations and final inspections.
  • Oversee project commissioning, training, and close-out processes.
  • Drive accountability by monitoring progress through look-ahead schedules, milestone tracking, and jobsite reporting.
  • Ensure that all documentation, RFIs, and field reports are accurate and submitted on time.

Team Development:

  • Mentor and coach subordinate Superintendents and field staff to promote growth and operational excellence.
  • Support staffing decisions, performance reviews, and succession planning.
  • Promote a culture of safety, integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Communication & Meetings:

  • Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and project team meetings.
  • Attend OAC meetings and serve as the field liaison with ownership and design consultants.
  • Monitor field correspondence and ensure consistent, professional communication from all site personnel.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision; multifamily construction preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • OSHA 30-hour and CPR/First-Aid certifications.
  • Valid CA Driver’s License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PM Web or similar construction management software.
  • Deep understanding of construction drawings, technical documentation, and field sequencing.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale projects with professionalism, discipline, and foresight.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and interface with executives and stakeholders.
