This is a hands-on role on a team that values precision, safety, and quality. What You'll Do Test production printed circuit boards using functional and boundary scan methods Identify faulted components or manufacturing defects and route for rework Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot circuits down to the component level Follow ESD requirements and Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling procedures Run diagnostics, backups, and preventive maintenance on tester control computers Log yield and troubleshooting data using the Clarity application Create clear, accurate test reports Collaborate across engineering, production, and (occasionally) customer-facing teams Support training and certification of other test debug technicians as needed Required AA/AS Degree in Electronic Technology, or equivalent work experience RF experience required Experience operating test equipment, including HP 3070 and Genrad (network and spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes) Able to troubleshoot electronic circuits down to the component level Strong computer literacy and deductive reasoning skills Clear verbal communication Ability to work on single task/procedure/product lines, supporting 1–2 product lines or customers Comfortable with highly repetitive or routine duties, working under close supervision with detailed instructions U.S. Citizenship required (ITAR/CUI compliance) Willingness to work occasional overtime and Saturdays Preferred Experience with amplifiers and attenuators Why NEOTech Real career growth path from Test Technician into senior test and engineering-support roles Work with industrial-grade test equipment on mission-critical electronics Stable 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off Collaborative, safety-first production environment QualificationsRequired AA/AS Degree in Electronic Technology, or equivalent work experience RF experience required Experience operating test equipment, including HP 3070 and Genrad (network and spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes) Able to troubleshoot electronic circuits down to the component level Strong computer literacy and deductive reasoning skills Clear verbal communication Ability to work on single task/procedure/product lines, supporting 1–2 product lines or customers Comfortable with highly repetitive or routine duties, working under close supervision with detailed instructions U.S. Citizenship required (ITAR/CUI compliance) Willingness to work occasional overtime and Saturdays Preferred Experience with amplifiers and attenuators     Benefits Offered: Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage; company-paid basic life/AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance; voluntary supplemental insurances, flexible spending accounts and employee assistance program (EAP). Sick Leave, Vacation Time, and company-paid Holidays are also provided as paid time off.
