The Hospice HHA position is open in our Encino location and surrounding areas. This is a Per-Diem position during our day shift.
Requirements of the Hospice HHA:
路 Current HHA certification
路 High school graduation preferred
路 Experience in home health care or related health care field preferred
Hospice HHA Duties Include:
路 Demonstrates ability to assist patients with personal care, bathing, oral hygiene, grooming and feeding
路 Accurately assesses vital signs at each visit if required by patient plan of care
路 Safely provides for patient ambulation, transfer and/or positioning
路 Changes linens when necessary
路 Provides special skin care, application of special devices, light housekeeping and meal preparation
