Provide directions and parking assistance to residents, guests, and visitors. Monitor parking areas and report access, equipment, safety, or operational issues. Assist with vehicle traffic and congestion during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned parking areas. Respond professionally to customer questions or concerns. Coordinate with parking management and other team members as necessary. Follow PCI operating procedures, safety requirements, and customer-service standards.
