Position: Dishwasher

Location: 2123 Sawtelle Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Ensure the cleanliness of all kitchenware, such as dishes pots and pans
Check all chemical and detergent levels at the start of each shift
Maintain organized washroom
Replenish dry wares to proper location when needed
Remove all trash to proper receptacles
Replenish sanitizer solution throughout every 4 hours
Ensure hand washing stations are fully stocked at all times
Maintain clean bathrooms hourly
Maintain clean trash area, alley, and points of entry hourly
Daily side cleaning
Keep alley clean and laundry hampers neatly organized
MSDS/Chemical Safety
Maintain safe, clean, and organized walkways in the kitchen
Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary
Other tasks as specified by management

Skills and Requirements

1+ years of dishwashing experience in a fast-paced environment
Able to work flexible hours
Able to work weekends
Able to work under pressure
Food Handlers Certificate

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

Restaurants are equipped with ventilated air conditioning
Noise level is moderate to high
Temperatures vary from hot to cold
Floors may be slippery due to the nature of the business
Able to stand for 2-4 hours at a time
Able to reach overhead and outwards, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and squat
Able to lift, push, carry and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds or less
