We are seeking Floor Agents toprovide the most amazing bowling experience for our Guests. Looking forindividuals with some pep in their step who love to clean and MOVE around. Youwill maintain the cleanliness of the entire bowling center while also providingcustomer service to our guests while they are bowling. We prefer individualsare also mechanically inclined since porters are also trained to work on thepinsetters (bowling machines).

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain the cleanliness of the building in aquick and efficient manner, (cleanliness of building includes all areas:parking lot, entryway, hallways, concourse, settee area, arcades, lockers,restrooms, all trash throughout the building)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Check restrooms frequently 聽(every 15 minutes) which includes, stocking supplies, wiping down mirrors, sweeping floors, keeping floor free from water, ensuring all toilets and/or urinals are in working order
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist servers by picking up plates and glasses and returning them to proper area to be washed
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist Bar in washing glasses as needed (if you are 21 or older)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist Kitchen in washing dishes as needed
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Remove trash as necessary
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Return bowling balls to racks
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Wipe down bowling seating area, sweep floor, and clear the lane for the next Guests
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate via radio with Front Desk as lanes are available
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Take Basic pinsetter calls (only once trained by Head Mechanic and approved to work on the pinsetters)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Restock cleaning and restroom supplies throughout shift and at the end of shift
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist Guests with scoring system (help enter names, put bumpers up)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of building
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 React with a sense of urgency to all requests
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Report any mechanical issues to the Head Mechanic
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in other departments as needed
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Clean Parking Lot from all trash, bottles, etc. throughout your shift (every hour) and at the end of the night. At the end of the night, the entire parking lot should be free from all debris.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Check in with Manager when arriving for shift, request any breaks to the MOD and take breaks only when approved. Check out with the MOD before clocking out from your shift.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Thoroughly clean bowler approaches with cloth and alcohol. Approaches should be clear of any oil drips and scuff marks and be ready for leagues coming in the next morning.
