The Hospice LVN position is open in our Encino location and surrounding areas. 聽This is a Part-time position (32 hours/week) during our evening shift from 3:30pm-midnight.
Requirements of the Hospice LVN:
路 Current LVN license in State of CA
路 Minimum one year of acute-care experience
路 Experience in hospice preferred/EMR experience preferred
Hospice LVN Duties Include:
路 Ensures quality and safe delivery of Hospice services
路 Implements current nursing practices and provide direct hands-on care within scope of practice
路 Obtains orders as needed to promote comfort and quality of life
路 Keep Case Manager informed of all changes in condition and orders obtained
