A flexible work schedule and reliable transportation, specifically a truck, are essential for this position.
The role requires all necessary hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks effectively.
Frequent travel will be required, with reimbursement provided, and candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Summary: To undertake maintenance duties, as directed by the Regional Maintenance and Supplies & Equipment Manager.
Must be able to perform maintenance of buildings and grounds, including semi-skilled carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air
conditioning and other repair work that does not specifically require a licensed professional, e.g., electrician or plumber. Must be
able to perform duties with minimal daily supervision. Must also have a flexible work schedule, reliable transportation in the form
of a truck, and all necessary/basic hand tools and power tools.

This position requires frequent travel which will be reimbursed, and occasional overnight stays for outlying locations.
