Shepherd Church is looking for a Temporary Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator. This position is responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of social media content and engagement, helping Shepherd Church maintain a strong, consistent, and community-focused presence online. You’ll create and publish content for social media platforms, manage posting schedules, monitor engagement, and help support promotional efforts for church-wide initiatives, events, and special moment. This role requires someone who is creative, organized, and proactive. The Ideal Candidate Is creative, self-motivated, and highly organized. Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through with consistency. Communicates clearly and works well with others. Understands social media best practices for content, timing, and engagement. Can balance creativity with strong attention to detail and deadlines. Is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Qualifications Experience creating and publishing content for social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to manage content calendars, scheduling, and recurring weekly tasks. Experience with project management platforms such as Asana. Ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities. Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and evenings for church events, as needed.
