If you want to put people first and work and grow with our amazing team, apply today! Positions currently available at the following locations: Teen campus (12-17 year old age group) at 1405 E. Burnett Avenue  Key Responsibilities: As an Entry-Level Behavior Technician at BCA, you will: Training and Instruction: Work closely with Lead Instructors and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to create training materials and teaching programs for learners. Effective Communication: Collaborate with Lead Instructors, Program Coordinators, Clinical Directors, and fellow team members to ensure smooth and effective operations. Commitment to Learners: Attend to the needs of the assigned binder daily and complete Communication Logs for learners under your care. Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional working environment, embracing constructive feedback and demonstrating effective instructional skills. Data Management: Keep up with daily data graphing, record cold probe and behavior data, and ensure timely completion of necessary documentation. Family Engagement: Communicate with parents in a friendly and appropriate manner, keeping them informed about learners' progress. Team Player: Follow the general operations of your assigned team and accurately complete timesheets for billing purposes. QualificationsWho We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should: Be at least 18 years of age. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrate reliability and accountability. Excel in client service, tactfully managing various situations, and striving for continuous improvement. Embrace feedback and work hard to achieve positive results. Be motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young adults. Complete the RBT certification process within the first 60 days of employment. Physical Requirements: You must be physically capable of: Engaging with clients, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Tolerating exposure to various environmental conditions, including noise, odors, and weather extremes. Hours of Operation: BCA operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. RBTs may be assigned to early care one day a week from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on that day.
