Finance - EHI Billing Representative

Position Summary:

The Billing Representative is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation, submission, follow-up, and resolution of healthcare claims and billing activities. This position works closely with payers, patients, providers, and internal departments to ensure accurate reimbursement, resolve billing discrepancies, and support the organization's revenue cycle operations.

Position Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of general office experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• One year of medical billing, claims processing, accounts receivable, revenue cycle, or related healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and commercial insurance billing preferred.
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) and clearinghouse systems preferred.
