About the Company: The Float Nurse provides high-quality nursing care across multiple outpatient departments, including Oncology, Infusion Services, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, Same Day Surgery, Emergency Department, and Quality. This role supports patient assessment, treatment, education, care coordination, and regulatory compliance while adapting to varying clinical environments and patient needs.

Job Description: We’re seeking a Full-Time RN to join our team at Jefferson Hospital. 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, assessments, treatments, and monitoring across multiple clinical service areas.
  
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, medications, treatment plans, and symptom management.
• Coordinate care with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  

Position Requirements:

• Graduate from a state approved school of nursing
• Licensed RN in the state of Georgia
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
