Position Summary:

The Overnight Operations Supervisor oversees nightly logistics operations, ensuring shipment accuracy, security compliance, and operational efficiency. This role provides hands-on supervision and supports execution of domestic logistics processes.

Core Responsibilities:

Supervise nightly inbound and outbound shipment operations
Ensure compliance with security protocols and chain of custody
Monitor shipment handling to prevent loss or misrouting
Support tracking and scanning procedures
Coordinate with UPS personnel and internal teams
Escalate operational issues and discrepancies
Assist in reporting and documentation
Support training of operational staff

Qualifications:

2–5 years logistics or operations experience
Supervisory experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work overnight and weekends
