Have monthly staff schedule available to be published by the 22nd of each month. Member Involvement Skills: Be knowledgeable about program areas and share information with members Be knowledgeable about the YMCA, its programs and policies Take specific actions to move members to more connected and committed relationships with the YMCA Responsible for creating organized age-appropriate activities, including crafts and physical activities Ability to lead a group of guardians and their children and ensure all policies & procedures are being implemented Responsible for cleaning up and taking down ELR program materials  QualificationsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, sitting on floor or in child sized chairs, diapering, assisting with toileting, climbing, reaching, running, carrying or holding a child up to 50 lbs, and operating a computer are all required functions of the position. Spending time outdoors is also a requirement.
